PAYMENT AGREEMENT

1. Payment Terms:

5. Payment Disputes:

5.1 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Method, e.g., mediation or arbitration].

5.2 Chargebacks: Seller shall be responsible for any chargebacks or refunds resulting from customer disputes or fraudulent transactions.
