PAYMENT AGREEMENT

This Payment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Shopkar’s Legal Name] (“Shopkar”), a [CENPL] corporation, and [Seller’s Legal Name] (“Seller”).
1. Payment Terms:

4.2 Tax Documentation: Seller shall provide Shopkar with any necessary tax documentation, such as a tax identification number or tax/GST certificate.
5. Payment Disputes:

5.1 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Method, e.g., mediation or arbitration].

5.2 Chargebacks: Seller shall be responsible for any chargebacks or refunds resulting from customer disputes or fraudulent transactions.
